Shipping Policy
All items purchased will be packaged as soon as possible and shipped via UPS or USPS. All orders within the US ship for free. We are happy to ship internationally, but an additional fee at checkout may apply.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you are in any way dissatisfied with our products, please contact us at support@nixieworks.com and we will do our best to resolve any issues.
We guarantee, for life, the materials and craftsmanship of our products against any manufacturing or assembly defect. If your Nixieworks product fails in any way as a result of improper manufacturing, we will repair or replace it at our discretion, and on our dime.
Please note that this does not cover damage from wear and tear, or from materials naturally reaching the end of their service life (this should take well over a decade to occur).

All sales on "2nds Quality" items are final, and they are not covered under our standard warranty.

FOR ALL OTHER PRODUCTS (RIGS, POUCHES, BUTTPACKS, ETC):
If you are dissatisfied with your Nixieworks product, you may return it for a refund or an exchange within 30 days of order fulfillment. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returns will only be accepted on items that are in "like new" condition and are free of wear, staining, or damage. Whether or not a return meets this criteria is at our sole discretion.
